You work hard to get leads, and even harder to convert them to customers. So what happens when your lead has actually added your product to their online shopping cart, and then at the last minute, decides to bail? It’s so frustrating!
As part of our 2016 “12 Hacks of Christmas” series, we’ve put together a solution for that exact scenario.
This video shows you, step-by-step, how to build the perfect cart abandonment campaign in Infusionsoft. Enjoy!
Do you have to create a link for each specific product? And how do you link them to their specific cart?
Hi Haley,
Most of the time we’re driving traffic to a sales letter page that has a “Buy Now” button that goes to an order form for a specific product or bundle of products. If your business is such that you send people to a storefront where they choose what they want and add to cart, you can do the same thing by targeting the actual cart URL with the Webpage Automation Goal.
How do you solve the problem of not having their email address? On this page, they can add a product to the cart but at this time I still don’t know their email address. Only if they fill out billing information that I can capture their email, but then they already have paid. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
thanks
